Alouette River Management Society

Teacher candidates are offered (where possible) opportunities to observe ARMS’ in-class education and outdoors education programming alongside our environmental educator! UBC teacher candidates may also have the opportunity to assist and/or teach lesson components or full lessons as well. Teacher candidates will be provided with other opportunities to contribute to ARMS education programming under the guidance of the Executive Director, Education Instructor, and/or Communications staff. Come and learn about the Alouette River watershed, salmon life cycle and stream stewardship, our local amphibians, honey bee hive maintenance, and so much more!

All teacher candidates are welcome, although those with an interest in early education and child care may wish to discuss program suitability with the Executive Director before selecting ARMS as their CFE choice.
