Royal BC Museum

Create lesson plans for students for the Museum's Learning Portal using primary resources: artifacts, specimens and archival documents. The Learning Portal is an online resource with a focus audience of BC K-12 teachers and students. Lesson plans may complement our new exhibitions or link directly to themes on the Learning Portal. Online activities will encourage teachers and students to use playlists, (an interactive feature on the Learning Portal), by mixing digital media on the Learning Portal with their own digital assets.

An opportunity to put theory into practice by incorporating the curriculum, (including historical thinking concepts) for other enriched online learning experiences available through the Museum.

There is always time to become involved with our on-site school programs - especially our learning labs. Participate in providing content for a digital classroom visit. Many varied possibilities await!
